Request for Proposals: Green Infrastructure Plan for the Black Earth Creek Watershed
The Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) is inviting engineering and planning consulting firms who have experience in green infrastructure planning to submit proposals for engineering and planning services related to developing a Green Infrastructure Plan for the Black Earth Creek Watershed.
As a regional agency, CARPC is leading this green infrastructure planning effort for the Black Earth Creek Watershed. CARPC has established a Steering Committee of key stakeholders and secured the grant funding necessary to undertake the planning work. Developing a green infrastructure capital improvement plan and strategy will help the municipalities and non-governmental organizations in the watershed make logical green infrastructure siting decisions, prioritize their actions, and will help inform municipalities, non-governmental organizations, and private funders where their green infrastructure money can do the greatest good.
Firms wishing to be considered in the consultant selection process must submit a pdf of their proposal no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021. Proposals must be emailed to:
