Special Meeting of the Executive Committe of the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission
This meeting of the CARPC Executive Committee will convene by conference call. The Executive Committee intends to convene into closed session pursuant to §19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the commission who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Commission with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved over the Commissions denial of the Village of Mazomanie application to amend the Mazomanie Urban Service Area Boundary.
